Edition 2025 — Weihnachtsmarkt Michelstadt
The 73rd edition of the Michelstadt Christmas Market ran from November 28 to December 21, 2025, in the old town. Around 100 wooden stalls in front of the 1484 half-timbered town hall, life-sized wooden figures from the woodworking school, and the traditional children's program attracted visitors from all over Hesse and beyond, as every year.
The 2025 edition ran in the usual Wed–Sun rhythm with Mon–Tue as closing days. The opening took place on Friday, November 28, with the switching on of the Christmas lights in front of the town hall. As always, the children's bakery, the carousel, and the puppet theater were magnetic program points for families from the region.
