The Michaeli-Jahrmarkt 2025 traditionally took place on an October Sunday at the Volksfestplatz Neumarkt. From 9 AM, numerous traders offered their goods, while the shops in the city centre opened for Sunday shopping. A mix of market tradition and city stroll that attracted thousands of visitors to the medium-sized town in the Oberpfalz.

The Michaeli-Jahrmarkt 2025 followed the proven pattern: a one-day large market with stalls from Bavaria and neighbouring regions, accompanied by Sunday opening hours in Neumarkt's old town.

As every year, the combination of the traditional Volksfestplatz market and urban strolling attracted thousands of visitors from the Oberpfalz, Middle Franconia, and Lower Bavaria. Bratwurst stands, gingerbread, and candied almonds offered the typical market refreshments.
