Overview
The 3rd edition of the Metzingen Wine Arbour Festival took place at the end of September 2025 in Metzingen's city centre between the Seven Presses and the Outletcity. Three days of Metzingen wines in the traditional wine arbours, autumnal cuisine, and live music characterised the festival. The Sunday trading day combined festival visits and outlet shopping. After three editions, the young format had already established itself as a regular late-summer event in the Württemberg wine festival calendar.
2025 — Wine Arbour Festival in Metzingen
The 3rd edition in 2025 continued the tradition of wine arbours: wooden structures with vine leaf roofs for the Metzingen wineries, alongside stalls with autumnal cuisine and live music on all three days. With the Outletcity right next door, the festival also benefited from international tourist traffic in 2025 — a mix that no other Swabian wine festival offers. The Sunday trading day once again brought the unusual combination of wine and shopping under one roof.
