Overview

The 2025 edition of the Mettwurstmarkt once again drew thousands of visitors to Ennigerloh's city center at the end of September. The proven concept of a funfair, stage program, Family Day with fireworks, and a large flea market on Tuesday confirmed its status as the most important city festival of the year in the western Warendorf district.

In 2025, the Mettwurstmarkt proceeded according to the tried-and-tested schedule. The opening on Saturday, the live bands in the evening, the Sunday shopping with dance group performances, the Family Day on Monday with the traditional fireworks, and finally the Tuesday flea market and the bull weighing — all program points attracted their regular audience again.

The event team of the city of Ennigerloh reported a very good number of visitors, good weather, and a smooth process afterwards. Immediately following the event, the dates for 2026 were announced.
