In 2025, the Metal Embrace Festival also took place over a weekend in September at the Iron Cruise grounds in Barleben with an approximately 14-band lineup from Death, Black, and Doom metal.
The 2025 edition followed the classic Embrace format: two days, multiple stage slots, an international mix, on-site camping, and the typical DIY atmosphere of a club-run underground festival. It was part of the festival's over 20-year history and laid the groundwork for the 2026 edition with fifteen bands.
Programme
2025 Program: approximately 14 bands from Death, Black, Thrash, and Doom metal, classic Embrace format with stage start on Friday evening and concerts ending in the early Sunday morning hours.
