Meßkirch Town Festival — Edition 2025

The 2025 edition of the Meßkirch Town Festival took place on a weekend in July 2025 in the historic old town. The town festival followed the established three-day choreography: Saturday with the TV Meßkirch town run (youth run, hobby run, relay run, 7.5 km main run), flea market, and festival opening with ceremonial keg tapping in the evening; Sunday as family day with club performances, kindergarten presentations, dance groups, and bands; Monday with the traditional 'Feierabendhock' of the Stadtkapelle Meßkirch to conclude. Catering was provided by local clubs, and the stages were set up by the city. The mix of sporting activity (town run), consumer culture (flea market), club life, and well-kept Swabian conviviality once again made the town festival the social highlight of the summer in the Sigmaringen district.
