Edition 2025 — MSFS Merseburg
The Merseburg Castle Festival 2025 took place from June 20th to 22nd. Over three days, more than 30 bands performed in the Castle Garden as the Rock & Metal Arena and in the Castle Courtyard with DJ sets. The traditional Medieval Market was held on the Cathedral Square, with a grand procession on Sunday.
In 2025, the festival already relied on the proven three-location concept: ticketed concerts in the Castle Garden, free DJ party in the courtyard, Medieval Market and procession on the Cathedral Square. The response in the Saalekreis was considerable, as in previous years.
