In 2025, the Memminger Christkindlesmarkt once again transformed the market square from the end of November until shortly before Christmas into an atmospheric Advent ensemble. Around 30 stalls, brass bands, a Punch and Judy show, St. Nicholas, and the fairy-tale-telling Christkind made the market a visitor magnet in the Allgäu region once again.
The Memminger Christkindlesmarkt 2025 continued the long-standing tradition of the Advent market on the market square. In front of the historic backdrop of the town hall, Großzunft, and Steuerhaus, around 30 festively decorated stalls offered Christmas goods, food, and drinks.
As every year, the Lord Mayor and the Christkind opened the market with a torchlight procession. Choirs and brass bands, a Punch and Judy show, St. Nicholas on weekends, and the fairy-tale-telling Christkind created a contemplative atmosphere and attracted visitors from all over the region to Memmingen's old town.
