The 40th Meiderich St. Martin's Market in 2025 celebrated a special anniversary: 40 years of neighbourhood tradition since 1985. Five days of festivities with fireworks, St. Martin's procession, shopping Sunday, and family day once again brought together tens of thousands of visitors from Meiderich and the entire Duisburg north.
Last year, the Meiderich City Management celebrated the 40th anniversary with additional programme points. The proven five-day concept with fireworks, St. Martin's procession, and family day once again established itself as the most important neighbourhood festival date in Meiderich.
