Edition 2025 — MEGA Kirmes Wuppertal

The MEGA Kirmes Wuppertal 2025 ran for eight days on the stadium forecourt by the Zoo and was one of the most well-attended Wuppertal funfairs of the year. With high-rise rides, a Ferris wheel, roller coaster, family carousels, shooting galleries, and a food mile, it marked the Wuppertal Volksfest season in June — crowned by the traditional Pentecost opening fireworks display and a second fireworks show on the main weekend.

As every year, the MEGA Kirmes Wuppertal 2025 attracted tens of thousands of visitors to the stadium forecourt by the Zoo. With its classic showman program of high-rise and family rides, food stalls, shooting galleries, and top attractions, the funfair confirmed its status as Wuppertal's largest Volksfest event. Two fireworks displays provided visual highlights. In 2026, the event will be extended to 10 days for the first time — a direct response to the sustained high visitor numbers.
