Overview

The medl-Renntag 2025 featured eight flat races at the Raffelberg Racecourse. In summer weather, equestrian sports fans from all over the Ruhr area were drawn to the track — the grandstand, bookmaker stands, and the family program were well attended. The Mülheim Racing Club confirmed the race day's high importance in the flat racing calendar.

In July 2025, the medl-Renntag took place as usual with eight flat races on the Raffelberg track. The program, with admission at 10:00 AM and the first race at 11:15 AM, attracted a broad audience — regular racing guests, families with children, occasional bettors, and visitors to the champagne grandstand.

The Mülheim an der Ruhr e.V. Racing Club confirmed the 2026 date for July 12 directly after the event and announced the identical format. The Raffelberg Racecourse thus remains one of the most important flat racing venues in Germany.
