Overview

In the summer of 2025, CM Concert transformed the Husum slipway into an open-air stage with a beach atmosphere for the first time. The Hafen Open Air format established itself as an attractive concert series on the North Sea coast — a precursor to the 2026 edition featuring Max Giesinger.

As early as 2025, CM Concert experimented with the Hafen Open Air Husum format, featuring beach sand, palm trees, and food trucks on the slipway. The concert atmosphere directly on the harbour basin — with the town hall in the background and the scent of sea air — impressed the North Frisian audience and laid the foundation for Max Giesinger's involvement in 2026. The format complements the growing range of concerts in Husum, which already boasts the Husum Bigband Festival, the Kulturnacht, and events at Speicher Husum.
