Overview
Match Börner Open Air 2025 took place on the Hangwiese in Stadtpark Norderstedt, solidifying its reputation as North Germany's largest Punk festival. Over two days, Punk, Folk-Punk, Ska, and Indie bands played to several thousand spectators each day. Direct subway access and a curated cross-genre program made the event once again a fixture of the scene.
Match Börner 2025 continued the success story that the festival has been writing since 2022. Two days of Punk, Folk-Punk, Ska, and Indie/Rock on the Hangwiese in Stadtpark Norderstedt, over 7,000 visitors per day, and a consistently curated program made the fourth edition a firm fixture of the North German festival summer. As always, the festival was explicitly anti-fascist and was considered a safe space within the scene for a broad audience.
