Edition 2025 — Markgräfler Weinfest

The Markgräfler Weinfest 2025 once again brought together the winemakers of the southern Upper Rhine on Alfred-Schladerer-Platz Staufen. Over four summer evenings, the participating wineries presented their 2024 vintage — relaxed open-air atmosphere and Markgräfler lifestyle as hallmarks.

Wine Festival 2025

The Markgräfler Weinfest 2025 took place as usual on the first weekend of August. The wineries and cooperatives of the Markgräflerland presented their wines, including the young 2024 vintage, which had produced aromatic Gutedel and robust Spätburgunder after a hot summer.

The wine festival is one of the most important promotional events for Markgräfler winemakers. It has been held since 1954 and has had its permanent place on Alfred-Schladerer-Platz in Staufen since 1973. The organizer is Markgräfler Wein e.V., the umbrella organization of the region's wine cooperatives and private wineries.
