Overview
The Mannheimer Maimess 2025 took place from late April to early May 2025 at the Neue Messplatz near Herzogenriedpark — as usual, 16 days of festival operations with around 160 showman businesses, two fireworks displays, Family Days, and Happy Mondays. The largest Volksfest in the metropolitan region once again attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors.
Mannheimer Maimess 2025
The 2025 edition confirmed the Maimess as the central spring event of the Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region. Opening with keg tapping, two fireworks displays on May 1 and May 8, Family Days, and Happy Mondays — the proven format was continued. The Neue Messplatz near Herzogenriedpark once again proved to be the ideal festival ground thanks to its tram connection and generous infrastructure.
