Overview

In 2025, the Maisel's Weissbierfest once again attracted tens of thousands to the brewery grounds in Bayreuth. Over four days, the festival traditionally offered an opening party, 90s night, rock night, and a family/sports day with the Maisel's FunRun — with free admission and the well-known Maisel's Weisse specialties.

The 2025 edition followed the festival's proven concept: four days of live music, DJs, and brewery festival atmosphere around the festival tent and hall of the Gebr. Maisel brewery. As every year, Thursday was dedicated to the opening party, Friday offered the popular "Back to the 90s" night, Saturday the big rock night with cover and tribute bands, and Sunday was the Family and Sports Day with the Maisel's FunRun and a children's program. The various Maisel's Weisse varieties were served; admission was free. The festival once again confirmed its reputation as one of the largest brewery festivals in Franconia.
