Overview

The 20th Maisel's FunRun took place in May 2025 as part of the Maisel's Weißbierfest around the Maisel brewery in Bayreuth. With a half marathon, quarter marathon, 5-km run, and numerous children's races, the anniversary run once again attracted several thousand active participants.

With its 20th edition, Maisel's FunRun celebrated a milestone anniversary in 2025. As in previous years, the start and finish were at the Gebr. Maisel brewery in downtown Bayreuth, integrated into the Maisel's Weißbierfest. The program included the DLV-measured half marathon, the quarter marathon, the 5-km run, as well as the children's and Bambini races.

In 2025, the run once again confirmed its reputation as one of Upper Franconia's most popular fun runs and marked the sporting start to a convivial brewery festival weekend in the festival city of Bayreuth.
