Edition 2025 — Maifest Erbringen
The 2025 edition of the Erbringen May festival followed the usual two-day format with Witches' Night on April 30th and the festival day on May 1st. The Erbringen fire brigade district and the local DRK association were once again the organizers, hosting the event on the village square at the Erwringer Scheier.
In 2025, the Erbringen May festival adhered to its classic schedule: Witches' Night on April 30th with the Maypole and bonfire, followed by May Day with a "Frühschoppen", lunch featuring Saarland classics (Schwenker, Bratwurst, fries), and an afternoon coffee session. All proceeds went to the club activities of the Erbringen fire brigade and the DRK.
The Erbringen fire brigade district recorded ten deployments in its annual report, including five fires and five technical assistance operations – the proceeds from the May festival significantly contribute to financing equipment and youth work.
