Overview

The Maibockfest 2025 combined the traditional Maibock tapping with the 5th birthday of the Brauverein Schwabach e.V. A double celebration: tapping of the self-brewed Maibock and celebration of the five-year existence of the association, which has been reviving Schwabach's brewing culture since its founding in 2020.

Maibockfest 2025 — 5 Years of Brauverein Schwabach

On May 17, 2025, the Brauverein Schwabach combined its traditional Maibock tapping with the association's 5th birthday. Since its founding in 2020, the Brauverein has revived the old Schwabach brewing culture — handcrafted beers according to historical recipes, such as the Prinz-Albrecht-Trunk, have made the association a firm fixture in the Middle Franconian beer scene.

The Maibockfest 2025 took place, as usual, in the inner courtyard of the Schwabach Brewery. Tapping of the Maibock, birthday celebration with guests and association members, catering with the Brauverein specialties and Jacky's fine cuisine — a highlight in Schwabach's event calendar.
