Overview
The Maibaumfest Schafflund 2025 took place on April 30th on the grounds of the Alte Mühlenscheune. The Volunteer Fire Department erected the Maypole at 6:30 PM, after which the village community celebrated with barbecue, children's activities, and an open village archive.
In 2025, the Maibaumfest was held in its usual format. The Schafflund Civic Association organized the event as every year in collaboration with the Volunteer Fire Department. In the state of Schleswig-Holstein, district of Schleswig-Flensburg, the festival is one of the most traditional village community events in the region.
