Overview
In 2025, MAGMA Festival once again transformed Revier Südost in Oberschöneweide into a two-day open-air festival for a weekend. A genre mix of House, Techno, Bass, Hyperpop, R&B, Indie, and Dance Punk on two stages — an unusual program line in Berlin between club culture and pop festival. International headliners from Europe, the USA, and Asia met Berlin underground acts. The format has established itself as a fixture in Berlin's festival summer since its premiere in 2023.
The 2025 edition confirmed the format: two days of open-air on the former brewery site in Schöneweide, an international lineup featuring House, Techno, Bass, and Hyperpop, two stages, and an intense club-like atmosphere. In just a few years, MAGMA has established itself as the most important hybrid festival event of Berlin's summer open-air season — industrial site charm meets internationally ambitious programming.
