Overview

The 'Lust auf Garten' flower market in 2025 took place on the last Sunday in April, April 27, 2025, on the Paradeplatz in Blieskastel. As always, plants, crafts, garden advice, and Sunday shopping — a classic spring excursion destination in the Saarpfalz district.

As in previous years, thousands of visitors from Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, and neighboring Lorraine flocked to the Paradeplatz. Selected vendors presented plants, perennials, floristry, and garden crafts. Master gardeners advised on garden topics, and the concurrent Sunday shopping further enlivened the city center.

Programme

2025 Program: Market open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the Paradeplatz, plants and crafts at numerous stands, expert advice from master gardeners, concurrent Sunday shopping throughout the city center.
