The Lummscher Krautmarkt 2025 took place on the second Sunday in September in Lommatzsch marketplace – over 20 vendors offered white cabbage and cabbage specialties from the Lommatzscher Pflege, and the cabbage shredding demonstration, as every year, attracted visitors from the entire region.
Cabbage Market on the 2nd Sunday in September
As in previous years, the market brought together producers and visitors from the Lommatzscher Pflege and beyond. The combination of the Erntedank service in the morning and the cabbage market in the marketplace made Sunday a fixed date in the Saxon Harvest Thanksgiving calendar.
