The 2025 edition of the Lucrezia-Markt took place during the Advent season of 2025 on Kohlenmarkt and Haidplatz in Regensburg. The market continued its established concept of pure crafts, organic catering, and a cultural stage program.

In 2025, Kohlenmarkt and Haidplatz once again transformed into the Lucrezia-Markt during the Advent season – one of the most concentrated craftsmen's Christmas markets in Southern Germany. Amidst the Gothic and Baroque facades of Regensburg's Old Town, selected artisans offered ceramics, jewelry, textiles, glass, and woodwork.

On the main stage at Haidplatz and a second stage at Kohlenmarkt, a daily cultural program ran with brass ensembles, singer-songwriters, and readings. The consistently organic-certified catering with vegan and vegetarian options reinforced the market's reputation as a sustainable Christmas market.
