Overview
In its past edition as well, the Long Night of Sciences Weimar attracted thousands of visitors to the city's lecture halls, laboratories, and concert halls. Bauhaus-Universität, HfM Franz Liszt, and research institutions from Weimarer Land showcased their diversity — from building physics and musicological demonstrations to hands-on experiments for children. Free admission, free shuttle.
The event attracted families, students, and science enthusiasts alike. The Bauhaus-Universität opened its workshops and laboratories, the HfM Franz Liszt offered concerts and workshops, and research institutions presented their work in an understandable way. Young visitors took advantage of the study and career guidance. The Long Night of Sciences confirmed its importance as a bridge between universities and the city community in Weimar.
