LOLA A Cappella Summer Festival

A cappella concerts have long played an important role in LOLA's annual program. In 2025, a similar series ran as a precursor to the current festival – with a similar selection of artists (comedy and pop focus) and a similar timeframe in late summer.

With the 2026 edition, LOLA is formalizing the format as the "A Cappella Summer Festival" and giving it its own identity. This positions the festival among Hamburg's established a cappella events – alongside the Hamburger Vokal-Festival, CHORALLE, and concerts by the Hauptkirchen choirs. In the state of Hamburg, the LOLA festival offers an accessible, appealing entry point into the world of a cappella.
