Edition 2025 — Linner Burg- and Heimatfest
The Linner Burg-, Trachten- and Heimatfest 2025 took place as every year in August around Linn Castle. Marksmen's parade, king's shooting, festival high mass, grand parade, traditional costume groups, and king's ball marked the four festival days. The organizer was the Linner Schützenverein 1388 e.V.
Homeland Festival 2025
In August 2025, the Linner Schützenverein 1388 continued its centuries-old tradition. Four festival days around Linn Castle with the classic Rhenish marksmen's festival schedule — opening, king's shooting, festival high mass, grand parade, king's ball.
The combination with the homeland and traditional costume element gives the Linner festival its own profile, which goes beyond a pure marksmen's festival. The traditional costume groups from Linn and neighboring associations visibly carry the Lower Rhenish folk tradition.
