Overview

The 2025 Lindenblossom Festival took place from June 20th to 22nd at the Groß Lindow festival grounds. Three days of village festival with stage program, showmen, and the traditional tug-of-war competition among teams from the Amt Brieskow-Finkenheerd. As every year, the fire department, kindergarten, school, and local clubs participated with stands and program items.

The 2025 Lindenblossom Festival began with the opening on Friday evening and transitioned directly into the usual format: showmen, live stage, club stands, and catering. Saturday formed the traditional highlight — in the afternoon, the tug-of-war teams from Groß Lindow, Brieskow-Finkenheerd, Wiesenau, and surrounding villages faced each other. Families from the Amt came in large numbers.

On stage, dance groups, the local choir, and a cover band in the evening took turns performing. Sunday was quieter with a morning pint, children's program, and a cozy wind-down. The club members drew a satisfied conclusion to the year's highlight in the village calendar.
