The 2025 edition of the Lichtenfelser Korbmarkt (September 19–21) recorded over 100,000 visitors – a milestone for the event. Basket makers from around the world showcased their art in the city center.
The 2025 Korbmarkt took place from September 19 to 21 and became a record-breaking event with over 100,000 guests. The city center of Lichtenfels was once again the venue for the largest international market of weaving culture.
Weavers and basket makers from all over the world demonstrated their craft, accompanied by music, exhibitions, and a family program. Sunday was a Sunday with open shops.
