Overview

The 22nd ALSO Leutkirch took place in August 2025, once again transforming the Allgäu old town into a twelve-day cultural zone. The opening with 'Leutkirch vespert', K4-Night, Old Town Flea Market, dance galas, open-air cinema, Kids Take Over, and the traditional festival finale with yoga and rubber duck races marked the program. The festival once again proved to be a highlight of the season for Allgäu families, regular visitors, and summer vacationers.

The 22nd edition continued the tradition: twelve days of culture, commerce, and conviviality in the medieval old town of Leutkirch. With warm midsummer weather, the alleys, squares, and festival hall were filled. The open-air cinema in the museum courtyard was sold out on several evenings, the K4-Night attracted thousands of visitors to the old town's pubs, and the Saturday flea market stretched from the market square to the town walls.

Kids Take Over, dance galas, and the festival finale with yoga and rubber duck races on the last Sunday confirmed ALSO as one of the most diverse and family-friendly summer festivals in the Allgäu.
