In 2025, Cultura e.V. once again transformed the Dittersdorf quarry in Amtsberg into an open-air stage for two summer evenings. Live bands, DJ sets, light installations, and the famous laser show once again drew the Ore Mountains festival audience to the unique rock backdrop — one of Saxony's most atmospheric locations.
The 2025 edition confirmed the format: two evenings with different programs, a mix of live music and DJ sets, culminating in a multimedia laser show against the high rock faces of the quarry.
The 'Freie Presse' newspaper wrote in 2025: 'Music makes the Dittersdorf quarry sparkle again' — a phrase that captures the special atmosphere of the festival well. The format will continue in 2026 with Brasstastisch and Mr. Feelgood.
