LesBiSchwules Parkfest Friedrichshain

The 26th edition of the LesBiSchwules Parkfest Friedrichshain in 2025 reaffirmed the festival's status as Berlin's largest queer open-air summer festival. On the open-air cinema grounds in Volkspark Friedrichshain, live acts by queer Berlin artists, drag acts, and DJ sets ran throughout the day; during breaks, the picnic blanket atmosphere on the lawn in front of the stage prevailed. Around 6,000 visitors took the opportunity to celebrate the end of the Berlin CSD season together.

As always, the festival was free, organized by LSVD Berlin-Brandenburg together with a broad consortium of queer associations, initiatives, and communities. Over 50 info booths presented queer counseling services, NGOs, and communities — from anti-discrimination associations to hate crime counseling and queer youth work. With the 2025 edition, the foundation was laid for the 27th edition on August 8, 2026.
