LesArt – Franconian Literature Days Ansbach

The 2025 edition of LesArt continued the tradition upheld since 1997: a week-long literary festival at Kunsthaus R3 in Ansbach, supported by the City of Ansbach and Kulturforum Ansbach. The focus was on readings and author discussions on high-quality contemporary literature, as well as school readings for young audiences. As part of the Franconian Literature Days, LesArt 2025, together with Schwabach and Lauf an der Pegnitz, formed a regional literary network and maintained its place as one of the most established literary festivals in Middle Franconia.
