Edition 2025 — Kirwa Oberlauter
The Lautertaler Kirchweih 2025 took place from October 17th to 21st in the Oberlauter festival tent, featuring dance evenings, a festive church service, and Kirwa couples in Coburg traditional costume. TSV Oberlauter was again the organizer, and the festival tent served as a meeting point for the clubs of the Lautertal municipality and guests from the Coburg region.
Kirwa Oberlauter 2025
The 2025 edition of the Lautertaler Kirchweih ran from Friday, October 17th, to Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, in the Oberlauter festival tent. TSV Oberlauter organized the festival with a beer tent, dance evenings, and Kirwa couples.
On Sunday, the clubs of the Lautertal municipality gathered for the festive church service and morning pint (Frühschoppen). The parade of Kirwa couples in Coburg traditional costume went through Oberlauter. Coburger Bratwurst, dumplings, and Coburg beer on tap characterized the culinary offerings. With the Kirwa Oberlauter, the autumn Kirwa season in the western Itzgrund traditionally concluded.
