Overview

In the alternating cycle, 2025 featured the Zeller Kulturmeile – the Laurentiusfest was paused as planned. Both events have alternated for years, with the associations organising the Laurentiusfest in odd-numbered years and the Kulturmeile in even-numbered years. This keeps the commitment of the volunteers powerfully focused.

As the Laurentiusfest and the Zeller Kulturmeile have alternated annually for years, the Kulturmeile was celebrated in 2025. The next edition of the Laurentiusfest will follow in 2026 (June 13th and 14th). This orderly sequence is a conscious decision by the Zell community of associations: it allows both formats to be organised with high quality and avoids overloading the volunteers.

During the Kulturmeile, various venues in the town centre open up for art, concerts, and encounters over a summer weekend – a different narrative than a traditional village festival, but the same love for the community.
