The Laternelaufen 2025 continued the annual village tradition: meeting point in front of the primary school, lantern procession through the village secured by the fire brigade, followed by bratwurst and punch. The event is one of those club occasions that rural Schleswig-Holstein still cherishes today — small, intergenerational gatherings that structure the annual calendar and make village life visible.
