Edition 2025 — Lankow District Festival
The 28th edition of the Lankow District Festival took place in September 2025 on the Kieler Straße playground. Around 30 associations and institutions shaped the program, with prominent guests such as Minister-President Manuela Schwesig visiting the festival and underscoring its importance as a Schwerin neighbourhood event.
The 2025 District Festival offered Lankow residents a diverse weekend: dance shows on stage, games for children, a flea market, bratwurst, and cake. Despite rain showers, the mood remained good. Minister-President Manuela Schwesig and Building Officer Bernd Nottebaum were present as guests of honour and praised the commitment of the District Conference led by Cordula Manow.
