In 2025, the grand festival weekend for Langenburg's 800th city anniversary had not yet occurred. The city, local clubs, and Langenburg Castle were preparing the 2026 anniversary year with numerous individual events in the run-up.
Langenburg cultivates a vibrant festival culture throughout the year — the Princely Garden Days in September, the Castle & Cars motorsport day, several city festivals, and castle events, to which the unique festival weekend in 2026 will be connected.
