BVG bus shuttles connected the locations. Admission with a single ticket.

The Lange Nacht der Museen 2025 was themed "Love." As in previous years, around 75 Berlin museums, collections, and cultural-historical sites opened their doors for six to eight hours on an August evening. With a single ticket, visitors could move between institutions, and a specially established BVG bus shuttle connected the main locations.

The Steglitz-Zehlendorf district particularly showcased the density of its museum landscape: the Museum Europäischer Kulturen in Dahlem, the neighboring Brücke-Museum with its Expressionist collection, the Liebermann-Villa am Wannsee, the Alliiertenmuseum, and the Haus am Waldsee in Zehlendorf were among the most visited institutions. Many offered special guided tours, concerts, and performances only available that night.

Kulturprojekte Berlin remained the organizer in cooperation with the participating Berlin museums. The 2025 edition once again confirmed that Berlin is the city where the Lange Nacht der Museen originated – and laid the groundwork for the 2026 edition on August 29.
