The 2023 edition of the Landshuter Hochzeit 1475 took place from June 30 to July 23, 2023. After a multi-year break, the grand historical festival returned to Landshut's Old Town, delighting hundreds of thousands of visitors with parades, jousting tournaments, and medieval camp life.

The Landshuter Hochzeit 1475 was held in 2023 from June 30 to July 23. For several weeks, the Old Town of Landshut transformed into a vibrant image of the late Middle Ages. The highlight was the grand historical parade, reenacting the wedding of Duke's son Georg with Polish King's daughter Hedwig. The festival was accompanied by jousting tournaments, equestrian games, medieval crafts and camp life, as well as numerous music and dance groups. Thousands of participants from Landshut and the surrounding area contributed to the festival, which is considered intangible cultural heritage and ranks among Europe's largest historical festivals.
