Pub and music festival in the historic old town of Landsberg am Lech
The Landsberger Nightgroove is a classic pub festival in the Southern German style: one ticket grants access to a large number of venues in the historic old town on the Lech river, where live music is played in parallel and simultaneously. The audience wanders freely between the venues, listens in, stays put, or moves on – a format that brings entire city centers to life musically for an evening.
The strength of the Nightgroove lies in its cross-genre programming. On the various stages, one evening features Pop, Rock, Funk, Soul, Blues, Rockabilly, Oldies, Salsa, Bolero, Merengue, Classic Rock, Italo-Pop, Ukulele-Pop, Jazz, and more. Confirmed bands for the 2026 edition include Funkzahn, Mr. Fabulous & Friends, Floque & Roque, Chico Diaz Orquesta Salsaborrr, Back to the 80s, Club 27 plus, True Colors, Moert, Pino Barone, The Cadcatz, The Ukulele Trio, Charles M Mailer und Magic McVern, as well as DJane Tilly and other acts.
On Saturday, April 11, 2026, the 22nd edition will take place starting in the late evening. Advance tickets are available for around €17 from Landsberger Tagblatt and at participating venues; tickets will be slightly higher at the box office. A single admission covers all performance locations.
Landsberg am Lech is the district capital of the Upper Bavarian Landkreis Landsberg am Lech and is located about 65 km west of Munich. The historic old town with the Schmalztor, the Bayertor, and the Stufenuferlinie on the Lech river is considered one of the most beautiful in Southern Germany and forms the natural backdrop for the festival.
The 2026 edition features over 20 acts – bands, solo artists, and DJs from the Southern German region with a cross-genre profile. With a single ticket, the audience has free choice: go into a pub, listen to a band, move to the next venue, and try a different style.
The organizer will publish a complete list of venues and performances, including a stage plan, in the weeks before the festival on nightgroove.de. The festival starts in the late afternoon/early evening and runs for at least eight hours.
