The inaugural edition of the Landfestival Georgenthal from October 10 to 12, 2025, attracted around 7,000 visitors with approximately 50 individual events. Lectures, hikes, wellness offerings, creative workshops, and cultural performances were spread across twelve venues around the spa park and the local community.

The festival began with the official opening on Friday afternoon and concluded on Sunday with a family nature day. The highlight was the light night at the Hammerteich pond. All offerings were free of charge – a conscious statement for an accessible cultural format in a rural area.
