Overview

In 2025, Landau an der Isar once again celebrated its traditional Volksfest around the Peter and Paul weekend at the end of June on the festival grounds on Harburger Straße. As every year, the festival tent with traditional music, an alpine hut, roast chicken and skewer fish, numerous rides, as well as the festive parade, fireworks, and the senior and family afternoons attracted visitors from the town and the surrounding district.

The Landauer Volksfest in 2025 took place as usual around the Peter and Paul weekend at the end of June on the festival grounds on Harburger Straße.

The proven festival schedule offered a festival tent with traditional bands and party bands, the alpine hut, Bavarian delicacies like roast chicken and skewer fish, as well as carousels and rides. Highlights once again included the festive parade with a beer tapping, the fireworks on Friday, and the senior citizens' and family afternoons with reduced prices. The Volksfest reaffirmed its role as a unifying summer festival for Landau and its surroundings.
