La Strada - International Festival of Street Arts

The 31st edition of La Strada brought international street art to Bremen from June 12 to 15, 2025. The festival opened on Thursday evening with the performance Common Ground, a mix of contemporary circus, acrobatics, humour, and live music.

New performance venues included the Böttcherstraße, Schnoor, the garden of the Institut Français at Contrescarpe 19, and the Goetheplatz in front of the Theater Bremen. As in previous years, the Wallanlagen and the Viertel were also central performance locations.

The special format La Strada macht Schule! was implemented together with Sparkasse Bremen: around 2,000 schoolchildren attended morning performances and engaged in discussions with the artists.

As always, admission to all outdoor performances was free; artists appreciated donations in their hat after the show.
