La Strada Augsburg

The 2025 edition took place from 12 to 14 September 2025, daily from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM — for the first time in September, after the festival was previously held in mid-summer. 23 street artists from twelve nations performed at six squares in Augsburg's city centre: Fuggerplatz, Manzù Fountain, Martin-Luther-Platz, Moritzplatz, Holbeinplatz, and Rathausplatz.

The programme ranged from Hungarian puppet theatre (Bence Sarkadi) to Japanese comedy acrobatics (Heromacro) and French breakdance (Surprise Effect). Up to six performances ran simultaneously, allowing the audience to move freely between the squares. Admission was free as always; artists were funded by hat money.
