In 2025, the Kyritz Old Town Festival already featured 2.5 days of bands, orchestras, choirs, DJs, a fairground, and the 'Hanse schmecken' experience market through the Kyritz city center. As always, the highlight was Architecture Day at the Kultur|Kloster|Kyritz.
The 2025 Edition
In 2025, the Kyritz Old Town Festival took place from June 27 to 29. Stages with live music, a large flea market on Saturday, the 'Hanse schmecken' experience market, and Architecture Day at the monastery characterized the program. The town also used the festival to reaffirm its Hanseatic heritage.
Annual Highlight
For years, the Old Town Festival has been the most important summer festival in Ostprignitz, attracting visitors from across the region.
