Kunstnacht Ahrenshoop

The Kunstnacht Ahrenshoop 2025 took place on Saturday, August 16, under the theme 'A Midsummer Night's Dream with Art and Performance'. From 6 p.m., around 20 galleries, ceramic workshops, art and event venues opened their doors for a nocturnal art experience in the artists' village.

The Kunstmuseum Ahrenshoop offered short guided tours of its current exhibitions, alternating with concerts and small refreshments in the museum garden under the starry sky. Small private galleries and courtyards invited artist talks over wine and candlelight; at the Neues Kunsthaus, the Künstlerhaus Lukas showed works by its scholarship holders. Special light installations guided visitors with their festival wristbands from one venue to another.
