Overview
In 2025, the 18th Kunstmarkt St. Nikolai once again transformed St. Nicholas' Church Rostock into a gallery under Gothic vaults. More than 20 painters, graphic artists, and sculptors from Northern Germany presented painting, graphics, and sculpture; the opening coincided with the Rostock Art Night.
The Kunstmarkt St. Nikolai 2025 continued the market's long-standing tradition in St. Nicholas' Church Rostock. More than 20 artists from the Northern German region exhibited their works in the historic church space.
As every year, the opening coincided with the Rostock Art Night in the Eastern Old Town. With free admission, visitors could discover painting, graphics, and sculpture and talk directly with the artists.
