KUNST: OFFEN – Open Studios Marzahn-Hellersdorf

The 10th edition of KUNST: OFFEN Marzahn-Hellersdorf marked a first anniversary for the series. On a Sunday in June 2025, artists in all six sub-districts of the district opened their studios and workshops.

As in previous years, around 100 to 150 artists participated – painters, sculptors, printmakers, ceramicists, textile artists, and intermedial artists. In parallel, the district's galleries opened their doors free of charge: including Galerie M, Schloss Biesdorf, Galerie 100, and Studio im Hochhaus.

The Department of Culture of the Marzahn-Hellersdorf District Office remained the organizer in collaboration with the studio association. Free admission to all participating venues. With this anniversary edition, the event confirmed its position as the most important day of open studios in East Berlin and laid the groundwork for the 11th edition on June 14, 2026.
