Overview
The KUMBRA Literature Autumn 2025 once again distributed readings, author talks, and literary program points across castles, churches, and cultural centers in the Burgenlandkreis. The cultural initiative solidified its reputation as the largest decentralized literature festival in the south of Saxony-Anhalt.
The 2025 season of KUMBRA Literature Autumn confirmed the decentralized concept: readings in castle churches, fortresses, and wine cellars of the Burgenlandkreis. Events in Droyßig, Freyburg, Naumburg, Goseck, and Zeitz, among others. The cultural initiative continued to operate as an open submission platform for cultural organizers in the region.
